	Documentation
	On allotment, two agreements will be executed by the builder/Landover between the purchaser. One agreement is for the sale of individual plot together with respective share of undivided right in common area and the second one for land development and construction of Villa. Registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be to the buyer's account, to be paid at the time of registration.
